Creating perceptions of fairness for employees requires a mindful commitment to processes, behaviors, culture and values. Evidence strongly suggests that perceptions of fairness are not only critical to a high performing work environment, but that fairness generates an extraordinary list of positive behaviors by employees, as illustrated in the first panel of my infographic, below:
